After years in the garage door industry – from commercial service to residential installs across Kansas City – a torn shoulder ended my career as an installer. While recovering, I taught myself to code and discovered a new way to solve the problems I lived through on the job.

Now I’m building web applications and custom software for trades businesses and small companies. I understand the frustrations of outdated tools and missing resources because I experienced them firsthand, and I’m committed to creating digital solutions that actually work for the people using them.

Valhalla Door was born in garages across Kansas City – commercial service, residential installs, and every bullshit problem that comes with outdated tools and missing resources. A torn shoulder ended the field work, but it sparked something better.
